Trickles of Consciousness. A collection of writings from the Murwillumbah Creative Writing Group

Retirement. A poem structured as a Venn diagram with the word in the centre being shared by two poems. Thus, each of the lines on the left ends with the word in the centre, and each on the right starts with the word in the centre.

Why? A poem written by reducing each line by one syllable, then increasing each line by one syllable to create the shape of an hourglass on the page.
